3.KHAJJIAR (A BEAUTIFUL TOURIST SPOT)
Next morning we had to go towards Khajjiar, Chamba (HP). We had to go from Chamba side for Khajjiar. We took a bus from Dalhousie to Chamba. The road to Dalhousie via Kala Top was closed due to snow. That's why we had to go through Chamba. We had reached Chamba. From Chamba we got bus to Gate(Place near from Khajjiar). Friend's buses for Khajjiar go very rarely and on time. Which I found to be a major drawback of Himachal Transport. For the run of convenience of the passengers, more and more buses should run here.

After this we were moving towards Khajjiar on foot from the gate. The distance of Khajjiar is 7KM from here. In the middle we found the telescope ๐ญ. You can also see Kailash Mountain View from this point. The name of this place is Kailash Mountain View. Here you can also take a view of Kailash -

4.THE REASON BEHIND THE GRANT OF THE STATUS OF MINI SWITZERLAND TO KHAJJIAR
Khajjiar is also known as Mini Switzerland of India. This field, full of dense forests, pine trees and green grass around here, has preserved its history, present and future with great qualities.

It is said that golf games were played here before 1990. The lake here which is in the middle of this plain is very beautiful. Really friends, the beauty of this place is very thrilled. Over here we spent a little bit of the evening and then came back to Dalhousie. Friend's, this place is so beautiful that I feel like going here again and again. This is only place in India which has been selected from 160 such places all over the world. Seeing the beauty of this place and the climate, nature environment like Switzerland, the head of the Swiss Parliament gave it the title of Mini Switzerland. On 7 July 1992, Willy T Blazer , as the then vice- councilor and an official of the Swiss Parliament, took a stone from here. So that it can be remembered as Mini Switzerland. On 7 , July 1992, this place was given the status of Mini Switzerland. There are 160 such places around the world, and it is the only place in India that has been given the title of Mini Switzerland. You can also see the yellow signboard installed here. In which it has been given the status of Mini Switzerland. Here you can also see the distance of Switzerland from here in a pole built on a stone in a small place in front of the Yellow Sign Board, which is a total of 6194 kilometers. Friend's, according to the beliefs, the name of this place was due to Khajji Nag. After our visit to Khajjiar we had some tea and food there. We took short walk in Khajjiar because we were short on time. This time we went from Khajjiar to Dalhousie via Kala Top. The distance between Khajjiar to Dalhousie is total 22 KMs. This time we had to go through the short road, which was a bit tough at the time of Janauary. We reached Dalhousie very easily by this route. We stay overnight at Youth Hostel in Dalhousie. Next day we visit Dalhousie's main market and came back from there. We had breakfast at Youth Hostel. After that we had to get on the bus.We got a bus from Dalhousie to Dharamshala and then came back to Paying Guest Room (PG). Really this journey was very exciting.
